Sample Policy
Samples are the checkpoint between an idea and a production order. Here is how we handle them.
Sampling Lead Times
- Logo sample: 3–5 days — your logo on an existing model.
- Material sample: 7–10 days — fabric or color changes on an existing model.
- ODM design sample: 10–15 days — a new model developed from your drawings or sample.
Sample Cost
Sample cost depends on the product and complexity. For standard OEM models, sample fees are generally modest and are deducted from or credited toward the first bulk order. ODM samples carry development cost for pattern making and tooling, which is quoted before sampling begins.
What We Need From You
- Product type and target spec (size, materials, gram weight)
- Target quantity and price range
- Logo files in vector format (AI, EPS or PDF) for branded samples
- Shipping address and preferred courier
Sample Shipping
Samples ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS, prepaid or freight collect. Once the sample is approved, we hold a duplicate as the bulk reference.
From Sample to Bulk
When you approve the sample, the spec sheet is locked and bulk production is scheduled. Bulk lead time is 30–45 days from order confirmation and deposit.
