Denier, filling weight, surcingle placement, binding and hardware are written into a spec sheet after sampling, then checked against a sealed reference sample on every reorder.
Customisation
Logo (embroidery, print, woven label, metal badge), colour matching, material and filling, sizing, and retail packaging. Artwork and label files are checked against your approved sample before production.
MOQ and lead time
MOQ 100 pcs. Sampling 7–15 days and bulk production 30–45 days after deposit, both subject to factory confirmation.
