Payment & Shipping Terms
Payment Terms
- Standard: 30% deposit to confirm and start production; 70% balance before shipment.
- Method: T/T (bank transfer) is standard. Other methods can be discussed on confirmed orders.
- Samples: sample cost is payable before sampling; it is credited toward the first bulk order on standard OEM models.
Shipping
- Samples: DHL, FedEx or UPS — prepaid or freight collect, quoted on request.
- Bulk: sea or air freight, EXW or FOB terms, negotiable per order.
- Packing: export cartons with a fixed carton size and packing rate per SKU, marked with product, quantity and gross weight.
Lead Times
- Logo sampling: 3–5 days
- Material sampling: 7–10 days
- ODM design sampling: 10–15 days
- Bulk production: 30–45 days from confirmation and deposit
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and required export documents are provided with shipment. Certificates of origin and other compliance documents are available on request.
