Wij maken paardendekens, zadeldekens, halsters en pootbescherming voor merken, ruitersportwinkels, maneges en groothandels. U stuurt een monster of specificatieblad; wij maken het, controleren het en verzenden het.
Elke order begint met een goedgekeurd monster. Denier, vullinggewicht, plaatsing van de singels en beslag staan in het specificatieblad en worden bij elke nabestelling opnieuw gecontroleerd.
Wie wij zijn
Wij zijn een fabrikant, geen handelsonderneming. Onze fabriek is gevestigd in Zhejiang, China en is actief sinds 2003. Wij produceren paardendekens en vliegendekens voor merken, groothandelaars, importeurs en online verkopers.
Elke aanvraag wordt behandeld door het personeel dat de productie beheert. Wanneer u vragen stelt over materiaal, verpakking of levertijd, komt het antwoord direct uit de productiehal, niet van een tussenpersoon.

Maatwerk
Logo: borduring, zeefdruk, heat transfer, geweven label of metaal/rubberen badge. Kleur: afgestemd op uw Pantone-referentie of een fysiek kleurstaal. Materiaal en vulling: gekozen op basis van gewicht, zachtheid en wasbaarheid. Maten: uw eigen maatreeks, inclusief halve maten waar het product dit toestaat.
Retailverpakking: polyzak, hangtag, barcode, kartonmarkering en binnendoos kunnen allemaal volgens uw artwork worden geproduceerd. Wij controleren spelling en artwork aan de hand van uw goedgekeurde monster voordat de productie start.
Fabrieksgegevens
Opgericht in 2003. Werkplaats van 4.000 m². 18 productielijnen. Dagproductie 15.000 pcs, maandproductie 450.000 pcs. Onze eigen monsterkamer, snijruimte, naailijnen, vul- en verpakkingslijnen bevinden zich op dezelfde locatie. Wijzigingen die tijdens de monsterfase worden aangevraagd, kunnen dus direct op de bulkproductie worden toegepast zonder werk uit te besteden aan onderaannemers.
Hoe verloopt een bestelling
Stap 1: u stuurt een referentiemonster, een tech pack of een duidelijke foto met maten en aantallen. Stap 2: wij geven de stukprijs, MOQ, verpakkingspercentage en levertijd op en maken een monster voor goedkeuring. Stap 3: u keurt het monster goed en betaalt de aanbetaling; wij plannen de productie en sturen voortgangsfoto’s. Stap 4: wij inspecteren de afgewerkte goederen aan de hand van het goedgekeurde monster, verpakken en verzenden met de documenten die u nodig heeft.
Kwaliteitscontrole
Drie controlepunten. Binnenkomend materiaal wordt geïnspecteerd voordat het de lijn ingaat. Tijdens de productie vinden lijncontroles plaats met het goedgekeurde monster ter referentie. De eindinspectie gebeurt voor de verpakking: controle op afmetingen, stiksel, vulgewicht, beslag en labelpositie. Een verzegeld referentiemonster wordt bewaard voor elke herbestelling, zodat een vervolgbestelling aan dezelfde standaard getoetst wordt als de eerste.
MOQ, monsterproductie en levertijd
MOQ is 100 pcs voor OEM en ODM. Monsterproductie duurt 7-15 dagen nadat artwork en materiaal zijn goedgekeurd. Bulkproductie duurt 30-45 dagen na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Beide termijnen zijn onder voorbehoud van fabrieksbevestiging. Nieuwe mallen, speciale stoffen of piekperiodes kunnen de planning wijzigen. Wij informeren u voorafgaand aan de bestelling, niet achteraf.
Verpakking en verzending
Kartonafmetingen, stukgewicht, verpakkingspercentage en containerlaadplan staan op de offerte, zodat u de landed cost kunt berekenen op basis van echte gegevens. Monsters worden verzonden via DHL, FedEx of UPS. Bulkbestellingen gaan over zee FOB of CIF, of per luchtvracht voor spoedbestellingen. Barcode, FNSKU en retailklare verpakking kunnen worden verzorgd.

Hoe lang duurt de monsterproductie?

Werken wij met ons eigen ontwerp?
Ja. Stuur een tekening, een tech pack of een fysiek monster; wij maken het eerste monster volgens uw specificaties en bewaren de specificatiefiche voor herbestellingen.
Kunnen wij kleuren of maten mengen in één bestelling?
Ja, binnen de MOQ-regels. Gemengde kartons kunnen gepland worden, zodat één container meerdere modellen bevat.
Hoe handelt u kwaliteitsproblemen af?
Wij vergelijken de goederen met het goedgekeurde monster tijdens de eindinspectie en sturen foto’s voor de verpakking. Wanneer een partij niet voldoet, corrigeren wij deze voor verzending.
Welke betalingsvoorwaarden accepteert u?
30% aanbetaling bij bestelling en saldo voor verzending. Voor nieuwe mallen of gereedschap is een aanbetaling van 50% vereist.

What is the minimum order for custom horse rugs and saddle pads?
The minimum order is 100 pieces per style and per colour, and mixed sizes all count towards the same 100 pieces, so a first order does not have to be split by size. Sampling takes about 7–15 days after fabric and artwork confirmation, and bulk production runs 30–45 days after sample approval, subject to factory confirmation. Our own factory in Zhejiang runs 18 production lines across 4,000 square metres with a monthly output of 450,000 pieces, so a 100-piece trial order and a repeat order are produced on the same lines by the same team. If you need several colours in one shipment, tell us the colour ratio when you request the quote and we plan the cutting schedule around it, which keeps the delivery date realistic instead of optimistic.
How does a private-label saddle pad or horse rug order work?
Send a reference sample or artwork and we confirm five points in writing before sampling: fabric and filling, quilting or stitching pattern, binding and piping, logo method, and labels with packaging. The sample follows in 7–15 days, subject to factory confirmation, and production starts only after you approve it. Bulk then takes 30–45 days and every carton is inspected before sealing. Because we cut, sew, embroider and pack in one plant, a change to colour, size or logo placement stays inside one team instead of being passed between a trading company and several subcontractors. That is also why repeat orders keep the same measurements, the same quilting density and the same shade, which matters when your customer reorders the same rug two seasons later, and when a tack shop adds a second colour to the range.

What we manufacture
Horse rugs, fly sheets, saddle pads, leg protection, halters and lead ropes, stable and grooming supplies — all produced in our own plant in Zhejiang, China.
How are horse rugs packed and shipped?
Orders ship from Ningbo or Shanghai, usually by sea for bulk and by air for samples, and we confirm the incoterm before production so the landed cost is clear. Each rug is folded, polybagged and packed with a care label, and cartons carry your barcode and carton marks if you send them with the artwork. We can also pack mixed sizes in one carton for tack shops that sell singles. Export documents — invoice, packing list, and certificates or test reports on request — are prepared by the same team that runs production, so a missing document does not delay the container. For repeat orders we keep your packing specification on file, which is why the second shipment usually leaves faster than the first one and with fewer questions on both sides.
How to start an order
Send your product reference, target quantity, size range, fabric preference, logo file and destination market. We reply within 24 hours with a quotation and a specification sheet, then arrange the sample once both sides agree.
Can you supply matching sets and riding-school kit?
Matching sets are straightforward because the same plant cuts the pad, the ear bonnet and the boots from the same fabric batch, so the colours match across the range instead of arriving in three slightly different shades. Riding schools and stables usually order one colour per discipline with the school logo on the pad and the saddle cloth, and we keep that specification on file for replacement orders during the season. Payment is normally 30 percent deposit and the balance against the copy of the bill of lading, with other terms discussed for long-term buyers. If you need a sample set before committing to bulk, order one pad, one bonnet and one pair of boots and we price the set so the sampling cost is credited on the bulk order.

Certificates and test reports are supplied on request for the specific material and market you are selling into. We do not publish certification numbers we do not hold, so tell us which standard your customer asks for and we confirm what can be provided before you order.
