Quality Control
Quality control at HorseMerch runs through the whole production cycle, not just at the end.
1. Incoming Material Inspection
Fabrics, filling, webbing, buckles and hardware are checked on arrival against the approved material spec before they enter production.
2. In-Line Inspection
During cutting, sewing and assembly, production supervisors check dimensions, stitching density and hardware attachment against the spec sheet. Issues are corrected at the station, not at the end of the line.
3. Final Inspection Before Packing
Finished goods are inspected against the approved sample: dimensions, gram weight, stitching, logo placement, hardware function and cleanliness. Defective pieces are pulled before packing.
4. Packing Check
Packing is checked against the fixed export spec: pieces per carton, inner packing, carton size and marking.
Third-Party Inspection
For larger orders, third-party inspection (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas or similar) can be arranged at the factory before shipment. We share production progress photos on request through the cycle.
If Something Is Wrong
Report any quality issue within 7 days of receipt, with photos or video. Confirmed defects are resolved by replacement or credit, in line with our shipping and returns policy.
