What is your MOQ for horse tack orders?
OEM orders start from 50 pcs per model; ODM orders (new designs developed from your brief) start from 100 pcs. Samples are available before bulk — logo samples in 3–5 days.
Are you a factory or a reseller?
We are the manufacturer — Taizhou Yaojiang Manufacturing Co., Ltd. — with a 2,600 m² facility, 18 production lines and 50,000 pcs monthly output. The numbers on our spec sheets are the numbers on your cartons.
What products do you manufacture?
Saddle pads and covers, halters and lead ropes, bridles and reins, horse rugs and fly sheets, grooming and stable supplies, leg protection and feeding equipment. If you have a specific item, send the spec — we will confirm production capability.
Can you put my logo on the products?
Yes. Embroidery, woven labels and printed labels are all produced in-house. Send a vector logo (AI, EPS or PDF) and we will confirm placement, size and sampling time — usually 3–5 days for a logo sample.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM: we produce an existing model with your logo, colors and packaging (MOQ from 50 pcs). ODM: we develop a new model from your drawings or sample (MOQ from 100 pcs, sampling 10–15 days).
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Logo sampling 3–5 days; material sampling 7–10 days; ODM design sampling 10–15 days. Bulk production takes 30–45 days from order confirmation and deposit.
Do you provide export spec sheets?
Yes. Every quote carries fixed numbers per SKU: unit price, dimensions, materials, unit weight, packing rate, carton size and lead time — not placeholder copy.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment, by T/T. Terms can be discussed on confirmed repeat orders.
How do you ship samples and bulk orders?
Samples ship by international courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), prepaid or freight collect. Bulk shipments go by sea or air under EXW or FOB terms, packed in export cartons with a fixed carton size per SKU.
What quality checks do you run?
Incoming material inspection, in-line checks during production and final inspection against the approved sample before packing. For large orders, third-party inspection can be arranged at the factory.
